This shipping policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside those terms.
1. SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Area of service
We deliver in the Greater Houston Area (Houston, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land, and most other incorporated areas). See Area of Service to see if your zip code is included in the service area. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for delivering your products.
Free shipping/delivery
We offer free shipping/delivery on all orders.
Estimate
Orders are typically delivered in 1 - 3 business days. Special-order products, such as TVs larger than 100", or products on back order may take longer.
Restrictions
The following restrictions apply:
- Orders are only delivered on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
- Order tracking is not available at this time.
Delays
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
